I've been a landlord for years, but I've kind of learned as I've went. Any books or resources you guys would recommend that have helped you? Maybe something that set the foundation for you? Doesn't even need to be about being a landlord, could be books about business or even books about life you've found were applicable to being a landlord. Always good to learn. Thanks v much
I'm currently reading the Complete Guide to Property Investing by Rob Dix, which I've found to be insightful - even for people who are looking to purchase their first homes.

Yes, there must be a treasure trove of knowledge on here.. there was a uni lecturer way back that wrote a book called HMO Daddy...and he would also advise on correct brands of hardware to put in the place with great longevity...is why I asked a question on combi boilers recently as its a very costly wrong brand choice potentially.
Join the NRLA discount code QAJ-812 then go to courses and look for landlord fundamentals there is a pdf manual on what you need to know being a landlord there are numerous other courses as well. Certain councils are bringing in selective licensing for landlords passing this course gets you a £100 discount per self-contained property by being accredited
‘How to save property tax’ by Carl Bayley he also has a more focussed book on Ltd company ownership that is clear and helpful too. I went to a course he ran once too through the Scottish association of landlords and he’s a good guy, very knowledgeable and good at explaining stuff.
Thank you so much. This is exactly what I'm looking for
