Our current tenants will shortly be leaving and we’ll be doing a full bathroom rip out, we’re looking for a quality 500-600mm sink vanity unit, does anyone have any suggestions for a unit that’s robust enough for tenants to leave wet without blowing please (we know not all tenants treat homes like rubbish! Our last tenants have been there four years and it looks like how we handed it over to them!)

Also good quality toilet seat that doesn’t crack when you look at it a bit funny!
