So been dealing with not the best property management as a landlord in central Manchester (UrbanBubble) and debating switching to Savills. Anyone had any experience with Savills? I’m not in the mood honestly to make the switch just to find that they could possibly be as bad or worse.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
Only dealt with Savills on block management and they are good but expensive. So if anything needs doing they charge a big premium. I’ve found with the bigger guys that managing the property is an afterthought and they aren’t really focused on it. I’ve switched to a specialist provider. Provide Tenant and Landlord App and got an intro deal at 4% (tenants in situ). Been excellent so far. I get to see all the tenant comms but haven’t needed to get involved - which is what I need as I work. LandlordLab UK if interested
