Selling with Tenants in situ

Are there any places that target investment landlords/property sales when a tenant is in situ?

Or is it just a case of picking an auction company and getting the property into an auction?

Property is in the South east

Thanks in advance

All estate agents can sell a property with tenants in situ. You just get a smaller pool of potential buyers.

Thanks

I guess I’m wondering how you tap into that. Or is it the same as ‘normal’ selling - ie: pick your estate agent to go to market with and make them work to find the buyer

From my initial chats, I’m getting nudged towards just selling with vacant possession.

Just need to talk to various estate agents. The pool of buyers will be very small, i’d guess most don’t want to do that type of work as changes of making a sale (& getting paid) is small.

Vacant possession means they can target everyone so much easier to make a sale.
