We have a tribunal hearing early July. Eviction is based on our need to renovate and sell. We served everything ourselves with a bailiff with the help of Scottish Landlords Association. Our tenants who are both on unemployment (even though they have a petsitting dog walking business and don’t declare the income which is irrelevant but shows their shady characters) hired a scum bag solicitor paid for by Scottish legal aid and the guy is twisting the facts and making up lies. We are overwhelmed and would feel more comfortable having a solicitor review the file and represent us at the tribunal hearing. Can anyone recommend anyone who is top of their game in Scotland? Thanks.
To be clear for legal reasons this is not a recommendation but a simple introduction to a company that supports my clients on a weekly basis.

Thanks Scots law is entirely different than England & Wales and law licenses are different, can they practice in Scotland?
