When is the last day that we can serve a section 21?

Given the upcoming renters rights bill

The day before it becomes law.

When that will be is still unclear.

It seems an odd question. If you need to evict, then evict?

Don't like my question? You don't have to answer it!

He didn’t, he just gave you some (albeit unsolicited) advice.

You misunderstood cranky; there is no information provided to answer the question. It lacks the necessary context for an answer.

The Bill is not likely to become law for some time yet. You can see its progress here:

Because there’s no fixed date for when it’ll become law we can’t advise you when the latest is that S21 could be served. That decision is for you to make.

I think it will be a while, since they finalise the renters right bill.

Can I ask, why you’re considering a Section 21 for your current tenants. Just so I know, before giving some advice.
