For more complex situations, it's advisable to seek out an specialist adviser. They are more likely to help you achieve your objectives, such as in the case of the BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance) strategy, portfolio landlords, complex income, complex ownership or non-standard properties.
