Hi, landlord here and just wondering if anyone has any experience of how it works when you want to do a job on the property when tenants are already renting? Specifically a new bathroom which I believe would take at least a week. There is only one toilet or washroom in the property. Thank you
You talk to them, and ask them if they are willing to put up with the inconvenience. If not, then you wait until they are/they have moved out.
Sorry, I was a little too vague. I am confident they will let me so the work as they would like it done, but would I offer a rent discount for the disruption?
