Help with booking and scheduling viewings.

Hey everyone, I'm planning to build a tool that helps landlords and property managers automate tenant viewings and bookings - something that works 24/7, without all the back-and-forth calls and messages Before I dive in, I'd love to hear directly from you: What are your biggest pain points when it comes to scheduling viewings or managing bookings? Have you lost potential tenants because of delays? Are there any repetitive tasks you wish could just run on autopilot. This isn't a sales pitch -|I'm genuinely trying to understand what would make your life easier so I can build something that actually solves real problems. Any insights or frustrations you can share would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This exact thing was posted this morning.

Has anything changed?

Is this a university project or is it a serious company development you're working on, as I'd expect you to have some detail and maybe a proof of concept to show your proposal and value.

It was last night, but since you did reply to the post. Can you please tell me as a landlord. What difficulties do you face when you are trying to book viewings as a landlord? or any other challenges you face day by day? Thanks. The feedback really helps. :)

Have you got any answers to my questions?

It feels like this Reddit gets a lot of these style enquiries usually from students on a degree, or for people who think they have a magic problem to solve but no detail worked out yet.

Do you have a business idea/proposal/plan? Do you know there's a problem? What made you decide to start this thread and approach?

Try to give as well as take from subreddits, if taking perhaps provide some detail/drivers/incentives/demonstrate effort etc.

I have tested the concept, it's a start up. I am building it from the ground up and following a step by step blue print. I am currently trying to conduct market research to see if there are any other pain points land lords have. The problem started when I was trying to find a new place to live and booking a viewing or getting a response took hours to days. This led me to experiment and I figured out a way of doing everything from booking a viewing to pre screening tenants without the landlords even needing to interact with the prospective tenants. Landlords later can pick the profiles they like and can confirm if they want the tenant to come on the booked date. All this without having to go though a real estate agency and much much cheaper in theory. So that's why I am here. Hope that helps.

Cool share what you've got and ask people for their views and advice 👍

At the moment your posts across multiple subreddits just look like a "do my homework" question, I'm sure you can appreciate how they come across that way 👍
