Hello everyone, I'm struggling to decide between two electric heaters for a living room / kitchen. The surface area is about 20 metres squared. Has anyone bought one of these before and which would you recommend?
Beldray EH3109V2 Smart Ceramic Core Radiator (1500W)
Devola Wifi Enabled Smart Electric Glass Panel Heater 2000W[Edited for clarity]
Cant advise between the two but if you go for the Beldray - the instructions to set up the app are not very clear - I found another 'clone' - Ecostrad-iQ-Ceramic with much better instructions [ so I use the ecostrad Manual ] for app setup [ on the Beldray heater ] - https://www.electricradiatorsdirect.co.uk/media/pdf/Ecostrad-iQ-Ceramic-Instruction-Manual.pdf
Thanks! I did see this one too but it is pricier than the Beldray clone :(
Yup - its exactly the same so I bought the Beldray one - but use the Ecostrad manual for easier app setup - if that makes sense.
Devola (wall mounted) - Cheap and decent Seen in use for the last two years or so, no problems so far.
I read online that these things can explode or the fuse or plug can overheat and melt. Have you had any experience like this before?
Explode - I am not sure how as the materials used are generally not explosive. I have seen them in one flat before installing them in another (these replaced the old storage heaters). Everyone who is using them are happy so far!
