On friday within 24 hours i got 2 tenants looking to move in. Some issues for the viewing today so rescheduled and it was fine for both. Not the price to sell, but LLs income is steady.
"we have rearranged the viewings just in case they are still there." Shouldnt be an issue to fine one/couple to move in early next month.

Are people moving out of the cities? Station is 5+ minute walk away. Leave at ~6am and be in london (or nearer) by before 9. Tenants have been local too in the past. One potential tenant in the past didn't pass the checks, but i woulda let her in. Just the welfare for her mom was the hurdle (i think, but i changed agencies since).
