Hi query about ADSS here, I have studied the legislation but I'm not smart enough to unpick my circumstances.

I currently own and live House1 - House1 is my primary Dwelling. In May I will rent out House1 and move in with my GF. In October I will buy House2 (in my name only), and move into House2. In October I will pay ADSS on the value of House2, as I am the owner of 2 houses. In December I will sell House1.

Dates are abstract but the order of things is as per the above, my question is -

In December after i've sold House1; will I be able to claim an ADSS rebate on the tax I paid in October when I bought House2.
