Updating post from Reddit.
Was a LL, had a nightmare last tenancy with my agents and the TTs and I have submitted a formal complaint to TPO after trying for a year to sort it out with my agent prior to using TPO. I submitted it in October 2024 and still waiting for it to be reviewed for acceptance.
Has anyone else recently submitted to TPO and know of any time frames?
This isnβt the timeframe for a decision. This is a time frame for if they are going to accept my case for assessment.
TIA
Tree protection order? I just realised the property obudsman is the same abbreviation.
ππππ yup no trees were harmed during this tenancy
π surprised that two housing related bodies have the same acronyms
October is a long time ago, have you made a phone call to check its not been lost down the back of the sofa?
I had a quick look at SLA's on the website but cant see anything.
Yup have emailed several times. Same reply of this each time.
