This is correct, wont give any contact information but you may be able to find their contact details by sticking the company name into google.
If a private individual it will be much harder to track them down and make contact.
Companies can be looked up on Companies House which should tell you who the directors are (and their contact details). I had to do that exact thing once - shared roof in building was collapsing and nobody had ever seen the owner of one of the apartments - Land Registry led to Company and Companies House led to the Director who was in fact the owner.

If you want to spend hours and hours, yes. My point being their contact information is not available online like it is when owned by a company.
I own property, you'd have none of my contact information other than my name and the address of the property you got the title plan for. Clearly you could ask around the area if anyone knows me, most normal people don't go to those lengths. No 'company' (bank, solicitors, agents etc) could give you that info otherwise they'd be breaching GDPR.
There is ways to find out the information.
No there aren't, you wouldn't have a clue where to start.
Oh I do and have found someone from Facebook who was harassing me. Not saying what the conclusion is because there no time limit for uk offences

It often just lists the address your looking up which doesnt help. Which reminds me. Landlords!! keep Land Registry up-to-date on new residence, its a security risk for mortgage fraud otherwise.
Typically land reg only states 1 address and that is the address of the property you are getting the plan / register for.
If i own a property personally you have no way of finding my contact information through land reg, other than a name.
Your best chance is land registry into companies house into local Facebook groups.
There aren’t too many legitimate purposes to get in touch with the LL of another property. Maybe you want to buy it, tell them about a problem with the property that the current tenants will not pass on for some reason or to mention some kind of clear breach.
Normally when I see posts like this it’s to complain about something that really needs to go to the council instead.
There isn't a database as such so it would ask the tenant or try to find the agent that listed it for rent if one was used. You can sometimes find the owner via title but this will cost you a few quid and won't provide you with anything useful as the owner is not always the landlord and the data may be out of date depending on if owners address is listed and when they bought the property as people don't tend to have new title for rentals to show this each time they move home. I don't even know if address of owner is even a part of the title.
I believe you have the right to request it from your management agency

If your landlord is setup as a company and they own less than 25% of the company you won't be able to. Other than that land registry and find the info on companies house.
