Hi there, I have three properties that I let to Mears. They're currently out of contract, but I haven't pointed that out to them yet. I'm going to be switching ownership to a limited company, so any new contract will be signed by the company. I want to make sure they don't low ball me with the rental offer, as they're currently on a very low rate! Anyone have up to date figures for Glasgow?

Mears openly publish their rates and they are based on number of bedrooms and local authority. As such I don’t think you’ll be lowballed. They have previously sent me their schedule of rates. If you reach out to them they can provide them to you which covers all local authorities in Scotland. GCC pay the lowest by the way
