Warrant of Possession N325

Long time lurker.

We have been granted a possession order by the courts which now needs enforcing with by bailiffs (because the tenant has been told to stay in the property until eviction for further council support).

If I understand correctly I will need to submit the following to the county court:

  • N325
  • Bailiff risk assessment
  • Original possession order
  • £143

My solicitor is charging just shy of £300 to complete this, which to me seems a bit high.

I can appreciate the section 21 requiring his support but application for warrant of possession seems a bit more straight forward.

Am i being tight/naive ?

I would think the opposite. S21 is straightforward.

Sorry I meant the N5B not serving the Section 21.

N5B Vs N325

What address has the solicitor used? Your address or theirs?

For the Possession Order N5B our address as the claimant.

If the £300 includes the £143 fee then seems fair enough. However, yeah that seems about right.

The 300 is on top of the 143.

Ive filled out the forms and just need to email them over now.

Seemed straight forward enough. I still have a question regarding one point.... but other that that I think im good. £300 is better spend elsewhere
