You won't get an EICR for £60 unless they're your drinking buddy and even then you owe them.
I own an about 6 houses, all fully manage our portfolio, it’s £55 with them and gas £50. 94 if I call our sparky up to renovate the electrics on a house he will do the certificate as part of it.
Prices tend to vary depending on area of the country as well. I wish I could get a Gas Safety certificate for £60!
