Do any of you have recommendations for insuring a house while living abroad? Seems as soon as I me took this, the list of options is virtually non existent.

I’m also buying the property and will be renting it out. Are there landlord insurances that cover the period from sale until and including tenants moving in? I basically need the insurance to start from the moment I buy the house.
