I’m looking for some advice regarding appliance cover at multiple properties. I have just recently taken over managing the maintenance and repairs for a portfolio of 30+ properties and have discovered that the previous management setup Domestic & General coverage which would not usually be an issue except for just how terrible D&G are.

I have 170+ policies, each appliance at each property has its own plan, and every time I call to book a repair it takes about 2+ hours on the phone and even then they send engineers to the wrong property. Recently, they lost all the policies and attached them to a random property that wasn’t ours and were unable to sort any repairs until the complaint was addressed after 4 weeks…

So, any multi-property appliance cover out there that doesn’t suck?
