If the British had a better work morale, and your educational system could keep rolling out well trained highly motivated juniors then companies wouldn't have to rely on foreign skilled workers even despite the huge financial and administrative overhead.

That's not the point. The post is about an intellectually challenged electrician charging landlords out of spite. Then, similarly challenged people bring immigration into everything. Perhaps if your government spent less on propaganda, fearmongering, and scapegoating and more on educating the masses, then your economy would not need so many immigrants. Satisfy the demands in-house, and then you don't need to import skills from abroad.
That's entirely the point though, isn't it? The "intellectually challenged electrician" doesn't see the correlation between his support for mass migration and rising house prices, and instead blames it on "land hoarders"
I'm not sure anyone opposes skilled migration anyway, what people are opposed to is things like 30% of social housing being occupied by immigrants, for example, and the government is doing the exact opposite of what you claim, propagandising and fear mongering over people who oppose immigration
